At Weber & Co., we help Alaska’s hard-working businesses thrive online through custom websites, SEO, digital advertising, app development, and consulting services.

We’re seeking a talented and driven Videographer to lead our in-house photo and video shoots. You’ll shoot on location across Alaska, edit to a high standard, and create short-form content for our clients’ digital advertising campaigns. Think Reels, TikToks, and Stories built for Meta ads, not long-form commercials.

What You’ll Do

Production

  • Lead photo and video shoots for digital advertising campaigns, brand content, and website projects across Alaska.
  • Run shoots solo, handling camera, lighting, and audio yourself, or with a small crew as the team grows.
  • Build storyboards, shot lists, and scripts from creative briefs based on client goals, and bring your own eye on location.

Post-Production & Workflow

  • Edit photo and video to a high, consistent standard in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
  • Deliver short-form, vertical-first video and photo for Meta ads, Reels, TikTok, and websites.
  • Cut multiple versions, hooks, and aspect ratios from each shoot so our ads team can test what works.
  • Manage revisions and feedback from first cut to final delivery.
  • Keep footage and photo libraries organized so assets are easy to find and reuse.

You’ll Love This Role If You

  • Love being behind the camera and telling a story through photo and video.
  • Take pride in clean, polished edits.
  • Enjoy leading shoots and solving problems on location.
  • Take initiative and thrive with minimal supervision.
  • Want to make a meaningful impact on businesses throughout Alaska and beyond.

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of professional videography and photo/video editing experience.
  • Experience shooting and editing short-form vertical content (Reels, TikTok) for social or paid ads.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
  • Strong cinematography, lighting, and audio fundamentals.
  • Able to lead a shoot solo with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable working directly with clients on set.
  • Based in the Kenai/Soldotna area, or based elsewhere in Alaska and open to traveling for shoots in the Kenai/Soldotna area.

Preferred

  • Photography skills, with Photoshop or Lightroom experience.
  • Background in commercial, brand, or agency work.

What We Offer

  • Remote position (must be based in, or able to travel to, Kenai/Soldotna for on-location shoots).
  • Salary range of $50,000–$70,000 DOE, plus performance bonuses.
  • Steady, year-round commercial projects, not seasonal work.
  • Shoots across Alaska, with a fuel and travel stipend for on-location work.
  • The backing of an established 10+ year agency with 100+ clients.
