We’re seeking a talented and driven Creative Director & Videographer to build and lead our in-house photo and video work—shooting on location across Alaska, editing to a high standard, and owning the creative direction for everything we deliver.
What You’ll Do
Production
- Lead photo and video shoots for advertising campaigns, brand content, and website projects across Alaska.
- Run shoots solo or direct a small crew across camera, lighting, and audio.
- Build storyboards, shot lists, scripts, and visual direction tied directly to client goals.
- Capture drone footage where projects call for it.
Post-Production & Workflow
- Edit photo and video to a high, consistent standard in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Manage project timelines, revisions, and client feedback loops from first cut to final delivery.
- Deliver assets formatted for where they live—paid ads, social, websites, and broadcast.
- Build and improve the systems Weber & Co. uses for shooting, editing, and delivery.
Creative Direction & Leadership
- Own the creative standard for Weber & Co.’s photo and video output.
- Translate client marketing goals into content that performs.
- Partner with the Founder & Managing Director on creative strategy and business growth.
- As the team grows, help direct contractors and additional creatives.

Qualifications
Required
- 3–5+ years of professional videography and video editing experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
- Strong cinematography, lighting, and audio fundamentals.
- Able to lead a shoot solo with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working directly with clients.
- Based in the Kenai/Soldotna area, or relocating there.
Preferred
- A strategic eye for content that performs, not just content that looks good.
- Photography skills, with Photoshop or Lightroom experience.
- Drone pilot certification (Part 107).
- Background in commercial, brand, or agency work.
- Interest in growing into wedding and personal photography work.
- Familiarity with AI-based creative tools.

- Salary range of $60,000–$120,000 DOE, plus performance bonuses.
