We’re seeking a highly organized and client-focused Digital Marketing Coordinator to help manage website projects, support marketing initiatives, communicate with clients, and keep projects moving from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
Project Coordination
- Manage website development and digital marketing projects from kickoff to launch.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and project communication.
- Ensure projects stay organized and on schedule.
- Assist with quality assurance and website review processes.
Client Communication
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients.
- Conduct discovery calls and introductory meetings with prospective clients.
- Gather project requirements and communicate expectations.
- Provide regular updates and maintain strong client relationships.
Marketing Support
- Assist with SEO initiatives and digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate content updates and website improvements.
- Support business development and client growth opportunities.
- Help identify opportunities to improve client performance online.
Leadership Support
- Provide executive support to the Founder & Managing Director.
- Assist with operational and strategic initiatives.
- Support internal processes and company growth efforts.
