Entry level role. No Experience needed.
We’re a digital marketing agency in Alaska. We build websites, shoot ads content, and run ads for local businesses. We need someone to keep our client projects moving and be the friendly voice clients hear from.
Most of this job is talking to people and not letting things fall through the cracks. If you’re good with people and you consistently follow through, we can teach you the rest.
What you’ll do
- Keep projects moving. Every client project moves through stages: onboarding, design, review, launch. You’ll track where each one is, update it in our system, and make sure nothing sits still. You’ll have 20-40 going at once.
- Get what we need from clients. Photos, logos, business info, approvals. People are busy and forget. You’ll ask, and then ask again, until you have it.
- Follow up. Calls, texts, emails. Some clients disappear for a week. Your job is to bring them back.
- Onboard new clients. Walk them through our onboarding form and help them connect their Facebook and Google ad accounts so we can run their ads. It sounds technical. It’s mostly screen sharing and clicking buttons, and we’ll show you exactly how.
- Be the go between. Clients tell you what they want changed. You’ll pass it clearly to our designers and developers, then get the result back in front of the client.
- Check work before it goes out. Catch the typo, the wrong photo, the broken link, before the client does.
- Write Social Media Posts and Website Pages. Learn to create compelling ads, posts, and websites.
What we’re looking for
- You like people. You can pick up the phone and talk to a business owner you’ve never met without dreading it.
- You follow up without being told twice. This is the whole job, honestly.
- You’re detail oriented. You notice when something’s off.
- You can write. Clear, friendly, no typos. Texts and emails to clients, and eventually website copy.
- You believe in what you’re selling. You’ll sit in on calls with potential clients. We want someone who can talk about why our work is worth it.
- You’ve got grit. Clients change their minds. Projects get redone. You roll with it.
- You like to learn and process feedback well. You’ll be picking up something new most weeks, and that sounds fun to you rather than exhausting.
- You figure things out. You try to figure out a problem before you give up.
